Airport Transfers

For your convenience, we recommend using Uber or a trusted taxi service, or booking a shuttle service in advance for your airport transfer. These options ensure a smooth, hassle-free arrival experience.

If you prefer a more personalized touch, we are happy to arrange a private airport pickup for you. This service is available for an additional charge and provides direct, comfortable transport to your accommodation.

Arrival Recommendations

To ensure a smooth start to your Costa Rican adventure, we recommend arriving 1-2 days prior to the tour's start date. This gives you ample time to adjust to the time zone, relax after your flight, and begin acclimating to the tropical climate.

Please Note: If you arrive in Costa Rica before the tour begins, any accommodations or expenses during that time will be your responsibility.

Arriving on the same day as the tour start is not recommended. Flight delays are always a possibility, and we want to ensure you don’t miss out on any of the incredible experiences from the very first moment of the tour.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Here is our cancellation policy to help you navigate any unforeseen circumstances:

Cancellation Terms

• More than 90 days prior to the tour start date: You will receive a full refund.

• Less than 60 days from the tour start date: Unfortunately, there will be no refund.

Exceptions for Refund or Free Rebooking

• Medical Emergency: If you are unable to travel to or from the tour destination due to a medical emergency, we will consider a refund or rebooking. A doctor’s note or medical proof will be required for consideration.

• Tour Cancellation by CuongTravels Tours: If we are forced to cancel the tour, you will be fully refunded.

Early Departures & Late Arrivals

• If you leave the tour before its completion, you will not be eligible for a refund for the remaining days.

• Late arrivals or early departures: No refund will be given for missed activities or days due to late arrivals or early departures. It is crucial to arrive on time for the start of the tour.

• If you are running late, please contact CuongTravels Tours to see if we can accommodate your situation.

Additional Notes

• Expenses for Early Arrivals: If you arrive before the official tour start date, all additional expenses will be at your own cost.

• By booking and making a payment to CuongTravels Tours, you agree to all of our terms, conditions, and cancellation policies.

Passports, Visas & Insurance

It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure that they meet the entry requirements for Costa Rica. This includes checking with your local consulate or embassy for the most up-to-date passport, visa, and entry requirements.

Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any potential disruptions or unexpected situations during your trip. Please note that we do not provide insurance.
